In certain areas of the City there is a mis-match between the demand for homes and the number of potential tenants requesting the type and size of property available. The Scheme of Allocations has been developed to take account of different applicants' circumstances and needs and prioritise how applicants are allocated homes according to these needs.

goodapple homes operates a fair and accountable Scheme of Allocations Policy. The policy is based on principles that are consistent, transparent and non-discrimatory.
Changes to Allocations Policy
Aberdeen City Council's Housing service is currently reviewing the way in which council housing is allocated - our allocations policy. All our tenants will have used this service in the past and some may currently be seeking a transfer to another council house. Others who are not currently council tenants may also be using the service to try and find a new home.
