If you need to have an emergency repair done to your home, we will do everything we can to fix it as soon as possible. Usually, we will make emergency repairs safe within four hours of you reporting them, and fix them as soon as we can.
Emergency repairs are problems which affect your health, your safety or your and your home's security. If a problem could lead to major damage to the building if it's not fixed immediately, it is also classed as an emergency repair.
