Tenant Reward Scheme

The goodapple homes Tenant Reward Scheme is an exciting initiative which recognises and rewards good tenants.

To join the goodapple homes Tenant Reward Scheme you must meet the following terms and conditions:

• Eight weeks of a clear rent account. (If your rent is paid by Housing Benefit, you are still eligible to join.)
• No upheld neighbourhood complaints.

If you do not meet these terms and conditions, your local neighbourhood team will be happy to work with you to help you to qualify for membership. For example, if you are in rent arrears they can help you to set up a payment plan. Provided you maintain the payment plan for eight weeks, you will then be eligible to join. Neighbourhood complaints include things like being a noisy neighbour, not keeping up your cleaning and gardening duties or failing to allow access for essential gas inspections.

If you join the Scheme and then do not stick to the terms and conditions, your membership will be suspended and you will need to resolve any problems before it can start again.

Rewards
Members of the goodapple homes Tenant Reward Scheme can enjoy a range of benefits. You will receive:

• A £10 Bonus Bond* voucher to welcome you to the Scheme;
• £1 for each week of membership, paid out annually at the end of the financial year to a maximum of £48;
• A "reversed deposit" of £50 of Bonus Bonds if you choose to move out of your goodapple home. To qualify you must leave your home in good condition and with no outstanding debt, leave a forwarding address, allow access to the Clerk of Works who will inspect your home and return your keys on time.
• Access to exclusive competitions with prizes of up to £100.

* Bonus Bonds are High Street shopping vouchers - similar to gift vouchers - which can be used in more than 100 stores nationwide. You don't need to spend any money to use them.
