If at any time during your tenancy you find yourself in a position where you are unable to pay your rent, please contact your local Rent Management Team. Normally we will be able to help you to come to some arrangement and help you put a payment plan in place. We will be able to give you advice on dealing with all Council debts such as Council Tax, and also help you make sure you are getting any benefits you may be entitled to.
