Paying Your Rent

The rent for your new tenancy becomes due from the first Monday after you accept the property. goodapple homes tenants pay rent on 48 of the 52 weeks in a year. The other four weeks are free. There are lots of different, convenient, ways for you to pay your rent.

 

Payment Options

If your rent is paid by Housing Benefit, provided you have completed and submitted a housing/Council Tax benefit claim form and attached the necessary evidence to assess your claim, your rent will then be paid directly to us. We recommend you pay your rent by Direct Debit. That way, if the amount of rent you pay changes, you don't need to do anything.
